I think the mainstream associates Artest with "crazy" mostly because of the Indiana melee, as well as his penchant for saying odd things at odd times. That said, he really seems to have turned the corner, with some help. He's still an oddball, but he's a lovable oddball now, not some menace to be feared. That said, I still loathe the Lakers. Good for Artest giving a shout-out to his shrink.
