		<description>Your poignant example reminded me of the various stands taken by courageous individuals throughout time--on different scales and with varying degrees of risk. Martin Luther King, Mahatama Gandhi, Rosa Parks, and many others took similar stands against our dehumanization. Unfortunately, in my experience, diagnostic labels can serve more to separate us rather than help us connect with one another. Thank you for sharing this courageous example of leadership.</description>
